This show was crap. Every part of it felt like a bad fanfiction version of the many comic stories they tried to adapt and shove into it. And they really tried to shove way too many storylines into a 10 episode show. If they had just picked one or two of the many comic arcs they were lifting from, and really fleshed it out, rather than disjointedly jumping from one to the next with no story telling connective tissue in between, it would not have felt like such a chaotic and contradictory mess. Not to mention the poor characterization of so many fan favorites who were either snubbed with nothing to do, were horribly mischaracterized to near character assassination, or the blatantly biased favoritism toward some DILF in particular, all left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel like a lot of the praise for this show just comes down to nostalgia, and a longing for X-men as a palette cleanser to the rather bland and repetitive diet Disney has been serving out. That said, I feel everyone has a right to like what they like. But for me personally, this show was a disappointment.

I did enjoy this much more then most recent MCU stuff but one thing that really took me out of it was Elsa’s fight scenes; She gets her face smashed on the edge of a big stone rock like 10 times with no visible wound. Took me right out of it and made the stakes fall completely to 0 for me.

They used to pick directors and actors who had a history that complimented the story and characters. Usually you would see a mirroring of the actors journey in life to the character and the director would have some experience in the genre or theme of the film. Now they just pick the most agreeable directors, typically with no major resume and actors who act like they are too good for the role. I miss the days when true passionate creatives were involved and allowed to make something amazing instead of the factory line of garbage we get these days.

I was hooked on Loki like I was hooked on Dare Devil and Punisher. My listing of MCU shows goes as follows: Loki, Dare Devil, Punisher, Moon Knight, Marvel's What If?, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, Jessica Jones. I'd put Punisher higher than Dare Devil, but it only got two seasons and some episodes in Dare Devil. Would have loved to see more of Frank in his Punisher suit, but oh well.

The word "MATRIX" means "pattern, script, modus, the way of things...", so is it a wonder that things repeat? An additional approach yields: "mind tricks"... People hating Matrix 4 didn't get it. They possibly didnt get the previous sequels either, in spite of the mythological character names serving as a clue you just couldn't overlook even if you tried.

Thing is citizens in CA and TX have a lot things in common. We just have different government policies and get the spot light because a small number of loud people and now everyone thinks CA is “liberal”. It was before, but now? Just political corruption, which other states have as well.

To me it actually makes sense that California and Texas would team up against a dictator-like president : these are the two states that are the most vocal about personal freedom in a horseshoe way, liberals and conservatives both want freedom, just in opposite ways

I still strongly believe with out the monster verse (atleast 2014 godzilla) we wouldnt have gotten: Shin godzilla, both anime movie trilogy and the tv series, and minus one. 2004 final wars was supposed to be the final godzilla movie from toho. With the reintroduction and WB putting it across the world, this will help push godzilla to the 75 year mark at the least. Cant wait to see what haapens to the 100 year mark!!!!!!! A found footage cloverfield kinda movie would be a great horror movie.

"Oh I miss when Fast and Furious was about racing". It was NEVER about racing, it was always about crime. Closest movie to have to do with racing was the poorly received Tokyo Drift. I love the performance he tries to be the giant bear wolf to everyone he sees but olga gets through and he breaks basically into a emotional child. To play someone so scary, violent but also fragile is just fantastic.

The only issue I have is how they used the wrong camera lens and completely butchered the lovely face of the actress playing Kuina, basically making her Buggy's sister.

I enjoyed the movie. I don’t think it deserves any awards, but it was still entertaining.
